Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Requirement Engineering: Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/automation-driven control systems.
• Control & Process Optimization: Analyze current-state control frameworks, policies, and risks to design future-state automated processes, including exception handling, remediation tracking, and control testing.
• AI & Workflow Design: Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define business rules, control logic, decision criteria, automated alerts, and escalation workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Data, AI, and Engineering teams to align functional priorities and regulatory requirements.
• UAT & Delivery: Lead UAT planning, test case execution, defect management, and business sign-offs in an Agile environment.
• Governance & Oversight: Ensure AI-enabled control activities comply with internal governance, explain ability, auditability, access controls, and human oversight standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Domain Expertise: Strong BA experience within Banking, Financial Services, Risk & Compliance, Controls, or GRC environments.
• Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of risk frameworks, control testing, issue/exception handling, and remediation workflows.
• Agile Core BA Skills: Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and UAT execution in Agile/Scrum setups.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex business needs to tech teams and manage multi-functional stakeholders.
