Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and expectations.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical, and other internal teams to support project delivery.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.
• Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks, and support timely delivery.
• Assist in requirement validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), wherever required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Support the resolution of business-related queries and issues.

Requirements

• We are looking for enthusiastic, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analysts to understand business requirements, interact with clients, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution.
