Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced Business Analysts to join a long-term transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, architects, and testing teams.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive requirements through the project lifecycle while maintaining traceability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with business process modeling and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps.
