Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in business requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management, along with basic/working exposure to MS Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories and process documentation.
- Analyse and improve business processes.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams.
- Support UAT, testing and issue resolution.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Leverage basic exposure to MS Dynamics 365 in business/ERP-related projects.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of business/ERP processes.
- Basic or working exposure to MS Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
