Business & UseCase Definition
- Partner with business and domain stakeholders to identify highvalue AI and GenAI use cases
- Translate business problems into welldefined functional requirements, workflows, and solution concepts
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and value hypotheses aligned to business outcomes
AI & GenAI Solution Design
- Design endtoend functional workflows for AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions
- Define agent behaviours, humanintheloop checkpoints, escalation paths, and control mechanisms
- Ensure solutions are usable, explainable, and aligned to real user needs
Bridge Between Business & Technology
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Collaborate with AI / GenAI Technical Architects to ensure functional designs are technically feasible
- Support AI engineers with clear functional specifications, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
Adoption, Governance & Value Realisation
- Ensure solutions are designed for adoption, change management, and operational fit
- Align functional designs with data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI considerations
- Track outcomes postdeployment to validate ROI and business impact
