Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Ivy Mobility is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, customers, product teams, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and process analysis.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Perform As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation, and Project Management teams.
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with functional and business inputs.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
• Support product teams in identifying product gaps and enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.

Required Skills

• 46 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Good understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio / process modelling tools is an advantage.
