Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects. The candidate will collaborate with clients, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support successful project delivery.

Educational Qualification

• 1.Bachelor s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology ,Business Administration, Engineering Software Development ,Any related field

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, project requirements, and customer expectations.
• Support the validation of implemented solutions against approved requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new features and change requests.
• Track project requirements and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, Meeting Minutes (MoM), and project status reports.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
• Assist in preparing test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) ,System Requirement Documents (SRD) ,Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and User Journey Maps.
• Develop Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, and Workflow Diagrams.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define user experiences, application workflows, and functional requirements.

Eligibility

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Development or a related field.
• Selected freshers will be required to sign a minimum 2-year employment agreement with the company.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and software development processes
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Freshers with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Web, Mobile, or Enterprise Software Applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects, requirements, and priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools such as Figma
• Knowledge of API documentation and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman .
• Exposure to AI, IoT, Robotics, Automation, or other emerging technology projects will be an added advantage
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
