Business Analyst

Description:

Key Responsibilities
8+ years of experience in a BA or Sr. Data Analyst role.
Perform data analysis & data mapping across systems
Understand end-to-end data flow (source to target systems)
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for data issues
Work with large datasets to ensure data quality & integrity
Collaborate with business & tech teams to deliver insights

Technical Skills
Strong expertise in advanced SQL, including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization

Strong experience working with large-scale datasets and data transformations

Agile & Tools
Experience in Scrum / Kanban
Hands-on with Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, story slicing etc

Stakeholder Management
Strong communication & presentation skills
Confident in engaging with business stakeholders

Nice to Have functional knowledge on
Exposure to ETRM systems, understanding of ETRM credit risk

Mandatory skills:

BA+SQL
