Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle client interactions and understand business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents.
• Create and maintain company/service portfolios.
• Conduct client meetings and requirement discussions.
• Follow up on proposals, approvals, and business opportunities.
• Maintain client records and documentation.
• Support business development and client coordination activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong client handling and communication skills.
• Experience in documentation, proposals and portfolio preparation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• IT/software services experience preferred.
