Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, basic understanding of costing, and strong analytical and communication skills. Freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data related to automotive products and processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Support costing activities, including basic cost analysis and comparison.
• Analyze material, manufacturing, and other cost components.
• Assist in preparing quotations, cost sheets, and commercial reports.
• Identify cost variations and support the team in understanding key cost drivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Purchase, Production, Finance, and Sales for data collection and analysis.
• Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy of reports and calculations.
• Support management with data-driven insights and business analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation and provide timely reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, charts, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of costing and cost analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and prepare structured reports.
• Basic understanding of automotive components/manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. graduate, preferably in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Costing, MIS, Automotive, or Auto Components will be preferred.
