Business Analyst

Support the CEO Office/Strategy function by driving AI-assisted business analysis and insight generation for effective circle and functional governance. The role focuses on analyzing multiple business reports, identifying red flags, and enabling data-driven decision-making in management committee forums, while ensuring strong cross-functional execution discipline.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Business Analysis and Governance:

• Analyze business reports, MIS, and dashboards across circles/functions to derive actionable insights.
• Identify red flags, deviations, and performance gaps across key KPIs.
• Generate structured insight notes for management committee reviews.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) by synthesizing inputs from multiple sources.

AI-Enabled Analysis and Prompt Engineering:

• Leverage GenAI tools (Copilot/LLMs) for faster and sharper business analysis.
• Design effective prompts to automate report interpretation, summarization, and insight extraction.
• Develop standardized prompt templates for governance use cases (RCA, red flags, executive summaries).
• Convert data into decision-ready narratives and insights using AI tools.

Red Flag Identification and Exception Management:

• Build frameworks for systematic identification of early warning signals.
• Perform cross-report analysis to uncover hidden risks and inconsistencies.
• Enable exception-based reporting and escalation for leadership visibility.

Problem Solving and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Analyze complex business problems and structure them into actionable insights.
• Work with functions to co-create practical solutions.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready communication for leadership forums.

Key Deliverables:

• Management Committee Insight Notes and Governance Packs; Red Flag/Exception Reports with RCA; CEO/COO Review Decks and Narratives; AI-generated summaries; and standardized insight outputs.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools and prompt engineering: the person should have delivered.
• AI use cases in a previous role.
• Ability to synthesize insights from multiple reports/data sources.
• Proficiency in Power BI / Excel/data interpretation.
• Strong stakeholder management and structured communication.
• Graduate in business, analytics, or equivalent.
• Up to 3-5 years in strategy, business excellence, and analytics.
• Proficient in analytics, GenAI tools, and prompt engineering.
• Success Metrics: Quality and actionability of insights for governance forums.
• Effectiveness of red flag identification and escalation; timeliness and rigor of PMO tracking and action closures.
• Adoption of AI-enabled analysis methods.
