Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and optimize performance across Growth Channels, including App, Web. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful insights.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Perform data mining and analysis using Python/R, SQL, and Advanced Excel to identify trends, develop forecasts, and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Comfortable/Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads platform, CRM platform>
• Lead projects to enhance business performance across Growth Channels (App, Web)
• Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, initiatives, and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track metrics across App, Web.
• Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing teams to support data needs for revenue generating initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent data reporting.
• Analyze and distribute daily and hourly performance reports of App & Web

Qualifications:-

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Technical Skills. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel. Familiarity with 8 is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
