Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in life insurance operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement changes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop test plans, scripts, and cases for manual testing of new features and enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance on system configuration, data migration, and reporting requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of life insurance domain knowledge (e.g., policy management, claims processing).
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques with ability to create detailed test plans and execute tests effectively.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
