- Foundational knowledge of ISO 20022 messages and flows (pain.001/.002/.008/.013/.014, pacs.002/.004/.008/.009, camt.027/.029/.030/.031/.054/.056/.087, admi.004)
- Understanding of multi-scheme/multi-bank/multi-currency models; schemes such as SEPA/SCT Inst/UKFP/XCT, and routing/settlement concepts
- Familiarity with status management, acknowledgements, returns, cancellations, modification/cancellation/claim flows
- Must have worked as a technical Business Analyst in core banking and payments domain areas
- Strong Understanding of payment frameworks with preference given for FIS OPF
- Strong Client communication skills
