Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform product development decisions.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and wireframes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech/payments industry.
• Strong understanding of Brd (Business Requirement Document) and Fsd (Functional Specification Document).
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
