About this role
Hiring: Senior Business Analyst | 5+ Years | Chennai
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
Experience: 5+ Years relevant BA experience
Location: Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze and improve existing business processes using BPM/process modelling.
Envision and design end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and MVP requirements.
Collaborate with business, UX, technical teams, project teams, and end users.
Manage scope, risks, issues, and requirement prioritization.
Support UAT and validate solutions against business requirements.
Work closely with Agile teams and manage product backlog.
Perform basic database/SQL queries for analysis and validation.

Good to HaveProduct-based Manufacturing domain experience.
Business Architecture – Baseline & Target Architecture.
Exposure to Angular, JavaScript, AWS, .NET, HTML5/CSS, SAP, Salesforce.
Web/mobile application testing experience.
BA certifications such as CCBA, PMI-PBA, Business Analysis Expert, SAFe Agile Product Management.
