Business Analyst Expense Management

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand and gather requirements for the Expense Management Tool.
• Understand customer expense processes, policies, workflows, approval matrices, and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and process flows.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure requirements are correctly delivered.
• Conduct requirement discussions, UAT, product demonstrations, and support implementation activities.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements based on customer needs.

Key Skills:

• Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
• Excellent customer/stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
• Understanding of SaaS/product implementation and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Expense Management, Finance, FinTech, ERP, or related domains will be an advantage.
