Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Understand client's requirements, grasp and present the vision, technical solutions and value propositions
• Ensure that the proposed/design solutions are aligned to client's business requirements
• Exposure on tools like Wireframes (Balsamiq / Gliffy / Visio), Project Management Tools, Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, Invision, Just in mind will be good.
• Facilitate the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
• Extensive experience in translation of business need to functional specifications.
• Extensive experience working on data flows.
• Strong data management and data validation / analysis skills
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present recommendations
• Create BRD, impact assessments, functional specifications, flow charts, Root cause analysis and other diagnostic documentations.
• Able to handle release related activities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, and ability to manage assignments and achieve agreed upon milestones
• Must have strong experience in Jira & Confluence skills
• Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
