Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 810 years of expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, process improvement, and solution design. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, driving requirement elicitation, solution definition, and successful project delivery while mentoring junior analysts and influencing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to understand strategic objectives and business needs.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and provide guidance on best practices and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 810 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and business process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, SQL, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize requirements, and drive project outcomes.
• Proven working knowledge of GitHub CoPilot and Atlassian ROVO or similar tools is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and Microservices architecture.
