Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business needs and technical requirements.

Lead the documentation and validation of business processes and workflows to support project objectives.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Problem-solving aptitude to develop innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
