Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technology Consulting professional with strong expertise in the Retail, Fashion, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding and passion for emerging technology trends, their impact on business strategy, and their role in creating and sustaining competitive advantage.

The candidate will work closely with clients and internal practice teams to understand business challenges, translate requirements into technology solutions, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead end-to-end consulting and technology engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends and assess their impact on business strategies, operating models, customer experiences, and competitive advantage.
• Understand client business requirements, objectives, and challenges and translate them into technology solutions, architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead and execute end-to-end business and technology solutions, from requirement discovery and solution design through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Practice leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Take ownership of internal practice initiatives, solutions, accelerators, thought leadership, and capability-building activities.
• Leverage industry and domain expertise to support client development, sales, and business development activities.
• Represent the practice as a subject-matter expert in the Retail, Fashion, and CPG sectors during client discussions and engagements.
• Develop high-quality RFP/RFI responses, proposals, client presentations, pitch decks, process storyboards, solution documents, and marketing collateral.
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, solutioning discussions, and executive-level presentations.
• Work on live implementation and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of agreed business and technology outcomes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and demonstrate willingness to travel frequently to international client locations, as required.
• Identify opportunities for technology-led business transformation across retail, digital, mobility, customer experience, and related areas.
• Apply global industry perspectives and leverage experience across the Retail ecosystem to develop innovative and scalable solutions.
• Excellent understanding of Retail, Fashion, and CPG business processes.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and their business implications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Experience leading end-to-end consulting or technology engagements.
• Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional/global teams.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach toward building initiatives and capabilities within the practice.
• Global mindset with the ability to apply cross-market and cross-client experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally based on client/project requirements.
