Business Analyst

Kyndryl is looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and turning data into actionable insights.

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite Only)(Work from Office)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Required Skills and Experience

• Graduate (any discipline) with experience in privacy consulting and privacy operations solution design, implementation & management
• Experience: 57+ years of experience in infrastructure administration, server management, and data center operations
• Experience in BFSI or regulated environments, supporting high-availability.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and process re-engineering for enterprise solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, BRD/FRD, and user stories.
• Experience in data analysis, data mapping, and workflow design for privacy and governance use cases
• Requirement gathering, process mapping and redesign, BRD/FRD, gap analysis, solution evaluation, airport/domain understanding and BFSI processes
• Skilled in stakeholder management, workshops, and requirement validation across business, IT, and compliance teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and UAT coordination
