Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and system interactions across applications.
• Create functional documents, process flows, and system flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with business, development, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog discussions.
• Identify requirement gaps and provide solutions to improve product outcomes.
• Work closely with global teams and stakeholders across regions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in Defined Contribution (DC)/Workplace Investing/Retirement Services domain.
• Expertise in requirement analysis, functional documentation, and process mapping.
• Experience with End-to-End Testing, UAT, and defect validation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

• Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
• Financial Services or Retirement Benefits domain experience.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
• Ability to mentor team members and drive delivery ownership.

A seasoned Systems Analyst with strong DC (Defined Contribution) domain expertise who can bridge business and technology teams, drive requirement analysis, create functional documentation, and support end-to-end testing in an Agile environment.
