The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, MCP, and Agentic AI to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and engineering teams to define, analyze, and deliver AI-driven business solutions.

The role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, requirements engineering, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex business requirements into practical AI use cases, work with technical teams on solution design, and contribute to the development and adoption of Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for AI-enabled applications and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and solution requirements.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation using Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Work with technical teams to define AI-agent workflows, interactions, business rules, tools, and integration requirements.
• Apply strong Python knowledge to understand, analyze, prototype, and support AI/automation solutions.
