Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with banking clients; prepare FSDs, user stories, mockups, and workflow diagrams
• Map business processes and conduct gap analysis across retail and corporate banking
• Own requirements like a Product Owner prioritization, backlog, sprint collaboration with engineering
• Apply domain knowledge across payments, digital onboarding, CASA, loans, cards, deposits, and digital wallets
• Manage stakeholders through sign-off, dev/QA walkthroughs, and UAT

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years as a BA in banking/fintech, across retail and corporate banking
• Hands-on experience with payments and digital onboarding workstreams
• Functional understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) — no coding required
• Experience using AI tools for BA activities (docs, validation, mockups, diagrams)
• Core banking systems experience (Flexcube, T24) is a plus
• Prior product ownership exposure is a strong plus
• Willing to travel to the Middle East/Saudi Arabia as needed
