Hiring for Business Analyst Role for Gurgaon /NCR Location.

Role: Business Analyst - CBS(Core Banking domain)

Experience required: 7 to 15 years

Location : Gurgaon /NCR

Job Requirements:

• Understand and analyze business requirements from banks and stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement discussions and workshops with clients.
• Prepare and maintain solution documents/user story and functional specifications.
• Create, review, and execute test cases.
• Support UAT and defect management activities.
• Exposure and working in Core Banking applications like Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos will be added advantage.

Strong understanding of the Banking domain, including:

• Customer Onboarding
• CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
• Deposits
• Loans
• Cards
• Guarantees
• Payments & Transfers
• Standing Orders

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive in identifying, communicating, and resolving project risks, challenges, and issues.
