BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in software development projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing BRD/FRD documents, coordinating with clients and development teams, managing project workflows, and ensuring successful project delivery while leveraging modern AI tools to improve productivity and documentation.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, product demos, and UAT.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify process improvements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance requirement documentation, analysis, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Project coordination and documentation
• Microsoft Office, Visio/Figma (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other productivity tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
