About this role
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze sales, production, operational, and financial data.
* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
* Track and analyze key business KPIs and performance metrics.
* Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
* Understand business requirements and convert them into actionable solutions.
* Monitor sales performance, production efficiency, order status, inventory, and operational metrics.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
* Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical models
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely data.
* Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
* Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced MS Excel knowledge Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, etc.
* Strong understanding of MIS, reporting, and data analysis
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work with multiple departments and senior management.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Ability to convert data into clear and actionable business insights.
* Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be an added advantage.
* Experience in jewellery, diamond, manufacturing, or a similar industry will be preferred.
