Responsibilities

Business Analysis
- Contribute to business analysis activities for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Write clear user stories/BDD scenarios and maintain refined backlogs.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Support Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing to validate requirements and ensure quality.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements to business processes and workflows.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and related artefacts.
- Assist with impact analysis, training materials, and communication related to project changes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on projects in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, tools, and best practices
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exposure to testing activities (UAT, functional testing)
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
- Experience in the banking domain
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools
- Experience with Agile/project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
