    • Work closely with the Head of Growth to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Analyse market/geography growth, campus performance, product/course potential, funnel leakage, customer segments, lead-source quality and resource allocation opportunities.
    • Proactively identify patterns and opportunities rather than waiting for questions to be asked.

    5. P&L & Commercial Analysis

    • Develop a working understanding of the business P&L and key commercial drivers.
    • Analyse revenue, gross contribution, marketing costs, sales costs, centre/campus costs, student acquisition cost, revenue per student, contribution per student and budget vs actuals.
    • Help leadership understand the relationship between revenue, acquisition cost, operating cost, contribution and profitability.
    • The candidate is not expected to be a finance specialist but should be commercially comfortable.

    6. Data Consolidation & Dashboarding

    • Bring together data from multiple sources and create a consistent view of business performance.
    • Work with relevant teams to improve data quality, KPI definitions, reporting consistency and data availability.
    • Build dashboards and automate recurring reports wherever practical.

    • Support marketing budget planning, sales target planning and scenario analysis.
    • Identify gaps between plan and actual performance and highlight corrective actions.

    10. Ad-hoc Business Analysis

    • Act as an analytical problem-solver for the Head of Growth and leadership team.
    • Structure ambiguous business questions and answer them using data.
