Business Analyst (Capital Markets /RMS / Cryptocurrency domain) Qualification: B.E / B. Tech/BSc/MCA/BCA Experience: 3-8 Years Employement: Permanent Skill Sets: Experience working with Stock Exchanges, Commodity Exchanges, Brokerage Platforms, or FinTech applications. Knowledge of Crypto Exchange operations, digital assets, and crypto trading workflows. Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Capital Markets. Job Details: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trading and exchange platforms. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams. Understand and manage end-to-end trading functionalities, including order management, trade lifecycle, risk controls, and settlement processes. Define and validate business requirements related to RMS, margining, exposure management, and risk monitoring. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flow diagrams. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new product features and enhancements. Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.
