Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and develop solutions using Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and operations to implement changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows for IT services and consulting projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or applications.

Job Requirements :

• 10-17 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst or Process Manager.
• Strong understanding of BAS tools such as Business Analysis Studio (BAS) for developing custom applications.
• Experience working in an IT services environment with knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
