Location- Indore, MP- Work from Office

Requisition Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an Engineering background and a full-time MBA, and/or has relevant Business Analyst experience.This role will work closely with Product Managers to support problem analysis, solutioning, requirements definition, and product execution, acting as a strong bridge between business, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate with a full-time MBA
• MBA coursework or specialization in Business Analytics / IT Product Management
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-first mindset
• Experience writing clear, structured requirements and user stories
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience working on B2B software products, platforms, or data-driven products
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to analyze business and user problems and help shape practical, scalable product solutions
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams during backlog grooming, sprint planning, testcase review and execution
• Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and solution documents in collaboration with UX
• Support market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Assist in UAT, release planning, and post-release analysis
• Track dependencies, risks, and feature progress to support timely delivery
