Business Analyst

Job Overview

• Oversee all India Sales team activities of generating new leads, creating new opportunities in the system, monitoring activities such as cold calls, sales visits, and planned visits also creating various multiple reports and dashboards through Sales CRM/ SAP/ Power BI as and when required by management.
• Will be a core part of Forecasting Team.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Will be integral part of Budgeting and Target setting team - Sales& Service Reporting
• Prepare, update and maintain sales & service Target Vs Ach Region wise, product category wise and circulate it periodically
• To reconcile Monthly Reversals / Credit Notes with monthly financial reported figures
• Reconciling Order intake & Net Sales figures with finance reported numbers from Power BI on daily basis
• Preparing creative analytical and Dynamic Sales & Service dashboards and updating the current ones in new innovative ways for better presentability
• Data maintenance & upkeeping.
• SAP order booking

Forecast

• Will be an integral part of business forecasting team
• Create & update monthly forecasting scoreboard – based on Sales CRM pipeline & Open orders
• Circulate Forecast Vs Ach report to the team on weekly basis
• Work on Power BI report
• Create customized Reports & Dashboards for Sales & Marketing team and to support them on daily basis
• Scheduling Auto mailer of Order Intake & Net Sales reports from Power BI

Sales CRM Data Monitoring

• Keeping check on Opportunity details created by Sales team (Order intake date, product range etc.)
• Updating customer details& Data Cleansing
• Area wise logins, activities and Visit reports monitoring & follow ups
• Duplicate data monitoring (New account creating check point, Duplicate customer, contacts, opportunities)
• New user creation as and when required
• Monitoring and assigning Leads as and when required
• Account tagging as per requests by Sales Heads & transferring opportunity ownerships as and when requested
• After obtaining Training for Sales CRM, need to provide trainings to New Joiners, Periodic refresher trainings to existing Sales team, New release / upgradation training to the sales and marketing team
• Creation of customized reports & Dashboards for All India Sales & Marketing Team as and when required by them

Distributor management

• Maintaining Price list for standard products in SAP and updating them on yearly basis
• Extend price support to distributors with proper costings
• Payment follow up with Distributors
• Handle distributor complaints and resolving the same with internal sales and service support
• Coordination with Distributors for completion of trainings assigned

Marketing Support

• Support the Life Science team in complete coordination and execution of the LS events
• Maintaining the Marketing activities plan for the entire year and executing the same with support of sales and service team
• Organize and support tradeshows, user group conferences, and technical conferences as part of the campaign strategy
• Demo equipment tracking
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications and drive continuous improvements

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal Oral and written communication skills will be top priority
• Should be master in MS excel
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Finance degree will be an added advantage
• Working experience in pharma setup will be an added advantage
