This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking, Business Requirements Analysis.
• Risk Management Reporting and Analysis Strategic Thinking Change and Transformation Professional Collaboration Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Digital and Technology Business Analysis Functional Designs Change Management Business Acumen Written Communication Process Improvements Risk and Controls.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to document detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Experience in process modeling and workflow design to support business transformation efforts.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution to facilitate consensus and collaboration. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7-8 years of experience in Core Banking.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
