Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-7 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with clients, product managers, development teams, and QA teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement workshops.

• Prepare user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Identify business gaps, dependencies, risks, and edge cases.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and product releases.

• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and solution discussions.

• Drive process improvements and contribute to product enhancements.

• Documentation support

• Meeting summarization

• Research and competitor analysis

• Wireframe Creation

• Prototype Generation

1. Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible usage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Product-Based Software Companies preferred.

• Exposure to Travel Technology, SaaS, E-Commerce, or Enterprise Products is a plus.
