• Evaluate existing warehousing and system processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement
• Assess existing technology solutions and potential software applications for their suitability in meeting the project objectives. Provide recommendations for software selection or customization
• Develop test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure the successful implementation of solutions to meet business requirements
• Develop and deliver training materials to educate end-users on new operational and system processes and technologies
• Assist in change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of implemented solutions
