Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Python, Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
  
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Industry and/or F&B industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Business Analytics principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in Python programming language; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel is required.
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as B.C.A. (Data Science) or B.B.A./B.M.S. (Business Analytics).
• The candidate should have understanding of the retail/F&B business process, needs, etc.
• Should have an acumen for Artificial Intelligence and should have experience with AI Tools.
