- Client Requirement Management : Conduct sessions with clients and sales teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and propose tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
- Project Process Oversight : Manage project scope, timelines, and sprints; coordinate stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure quality deliverables.

- Proven Experience Domain Knowledge : Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of software products, features, and services.
- Documentation Expertise : Skilled in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams with adherence to documentation standards and best practices.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including technical writing and the preparation of detailed meeting notes and reports.
- Agile Scrum Familiarity : Well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical experience in sprint-based project environments.
- Tool Proficiency : Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and ensure effective team coordination.
- Organizational Strength : Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Collaborative Independent Work Style : Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
PG: MBA, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc in Any Specialization.
