Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives, processes, and user requirements and document them clearly.
• Coordinate closely with users, stakeholders, stakeholder departments, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and business requirements.
• Prepare the System Requirement Specification (SRS) document in consultation with relevant stakeholder departments.
• Prepare and maintain the System Design Document (SDD) in coordination with the Solution Architect.
• Prepare and maintain Database Design Documents in coordination with the Database Administrator.
• Prepare and manage Change Request (CR) documentation and track requirement changes.
• Assist the Software Testing/QA team by providing SRS, SDD, CRs, and other relevant documentation for smooth testing.
• Prepare and maintain System Administration Manuals, Training Manuals, and User Manuals.
• Participate in requirement discussions, presentations, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies in requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, consistent, updated, and aligned with approved requirements.
• Coordinate with Government Departments, PSUs, Ministries, and other government stakeholders wherever required.
• Understand and support government project requirements, approval processes, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ideal Candidate Profile

• Business Analyst with experience in IT/Software Development projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and technical documentation.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in Government, PSU, or e-Governance IT projects should be given priority.
