Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Islamic Banking .
• Strong hands-on experience in Islamic Loans/Financing.
• Experience in Islamic Treasury and related Treasury products.
• Experience with at least one of the following banking applications: T24 / Temenos; Oracle FLEXCUBE; iMAL etc.
• Strong understanding of Islamic Banking processes and products.
• Good requirement-gathering and functional-analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Islamic Banking implementation or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Sharia-compliant banking products and processes.
• Exposure to application configuration, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in UAT, functional testing, defect management, and release validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
