Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct business analysis to identify requirements for IT projects, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Develop BRD (Business Requirement Document) or FRD (Functional Requirement Document) based on gathered requirements.
• Perform gap analysis to identify gaps between current systems or processes and desired state.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in Business Analysis role.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering techniques such as interviews, surveys, focus groups etc. .
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise documents like BRD/FRD.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Looking for prior experience in insurance domain.
