About this role
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Required Skills Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Strong domain expertise in AML / KYC / Financial Crime
- Mandatory experience with AMLA / EU AML regulatory programs
- Good understanding of EU AML regulations (AMLD, AMLR, AMLA framework)
- Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Experience in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.)
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to AML / financial crime compliance
- Lead and support initiatives aligned with AMLA (EU Anti-Money Laundering Authority) regulations
- Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Support implementation across KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and reporting
- Perform gap analysis against AMLA and broader EU AML regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams for solution delivery
- Support UAT, validation, and implementation of financial crime solutions
- Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and compliance reports
- Experience with financial crime/AML systems, especially: NetReveal
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience working on large-scale regulatory transformation programs
