Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions using digital analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports that drive business decisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on stakeholder needs and deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mobile analytics principles and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency in at least one visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau is required; knowledge of other tools is an asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
