Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Analyse hospital data related to patient flow, occupancy, revenue, and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with departmental heads, business head
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
• Monitor KPIs such as Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), ALOS (Average Length of Stay), TAT, and revenue metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives
• Coordinate with IT teams for HIS (Hospital Information System) improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
• Assist management in strategic decision-making through actionable insights

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of hospital operations and healthcare KPIs
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
