About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Design, test, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting & Onboarding.
- Conduct UAT testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Analyst role with expertise in Oracle ERP systems like Oracle Financials or similar products.
- Strong understanding of HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration etc. .
- Experience with designing and implementing complex financial reports using Oracle Finance modules like General Ledger Accounting or Purchasing.
