Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle both Indian and US clients effectively.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and internal teams.
• Possess strong techno-functional BA capabilities, including knowledge of databases, APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Travel when required to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to drive growth.

Job Requirements :

• Strong communication skills, particularly in Hindi.
• Experience in business analysis, client handling, and technical functional roles.
• Ability to work with government projects is advantageous.
• Proficiency in handling multiple clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
