Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for IT projects, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software applications using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify solutions that meet customer needs through data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of new systems or changes to existing ones.

Job Requirements :

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role as Business Analyst or related field (e.g., technical consulting).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum) as well as Waterfall methodology.
• Proficiency in creating clear, concise user stories from high-level requirements documents like BRDs or FRDs.
