Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain API documentation.
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams.
• Manage project documentation using Confluence and JIRA.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in BRD/FRS documentation.
• User story authoring and requirement analysis.
• API documentation and integration understanding.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Mandatory BFSI domain experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
