Business Analyst

Required Skills

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from logistics and supply chain stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users, product managers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Understand and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and UAT activities.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, data mappings, and requirement traceability matrices where required.
• Coordinate with QA teams to review test scenarios and validate requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect clarification with technical teams.
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports/dashboards to support business decisions.
• Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and change requests.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technology stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation and provide post-implementation support.
